Hello again,

I filled out and submitted a Vendor Dispute Form two fridays ago (9-22-06),
but I haven't heard anything back, and the link to the Vendor Dispute Form is
no longer connected. My manager would like to at least be able to see what
I'm telling him I did. Is there any new channel to persue classification, or
better yet, any way that I can get a status update on the form I submitted?
I know this isn't exactly your area, but it's the only place I've actually
gotten a response.

Many thanks for you help, ~CuriorsG

I'm sorry to hear that wasn't effective. My experience, and that of others
I've referred over time is that the team behind that form is responsive.
I'd recommend resubmitting, I think, making sure that your email addresses,
for example, are correct.

I saved a copy of the form once I filled it out and my email address appears
to be correct. I'd also be happy to resubmit, but as I said the link is
broken when I click on it now. It did work when I tried it before, but when
my boss went to it earlier it didn't work and when I checked it just now it
also doesn't work. Does it work for you? Is there somewhere you know of
that I could report the broken link?

Again, I understand that this isn't really your area, and that you're trying
to direct me to the right people, but I'd sure like to be able to show my
boss the steps I'm taking and to not feel like a week and a half later
nothing has changed.

Thank you for your time, ~CG

I hear you, but I don't have any way to reach your boss.

If you use the contactus link on the web site, you can effectively report
such stuff--I'll go there and do that now--that should get directly to the
folks involved. OK - done.
