You can do this with Windows Movie Maker (Start \ All Programs \ Windows
Movie Maker).
However, the bigger problem is actually connecting your camera to your
computer. This is dependent on what kind of video camera you have. Launch
Movie Maker and go to Help \ Help Topics - you'll find some more information
on this subject.
