You really need to download NS4.08, etc. so that you can see what is wrong,
in order to be able to fix the problems.

NS4 browsers has problems with inline style tags and with table background
colors and images

Ex: style="border-top:1px solid #FFFFFF; padding-left: 4; padding-right: 4;
padding-top: 1; padding-bottom: 1" background="images/background.jpg"
bgcolor="#000066"
