Thanks for the pointers, disabling UAP allows account creation from the
command line.
This is going to make deploying applications a real pain on Vista. Our
current installation procedure, requires an account that is a member of
administrators in order to install the software. Most corporations we sell
our software to, will not allow joe user to login as administrator to
install our software. Some IT groups even have a problem providing an
account that is a member of administrators on the local computer.
For our less sophisticated customers, I can see disabling UAP being the
first thing we suggest doing. It sure beats clicking Allow on all those
dialogs.
