Hello musosdev,
m> I want to start learning all the new cool stuff in .NET 3 - I keep
m> reading about it in MSDN and online and seeing vids and stuff -
m> itching to get going.
m>
m> 2 questions then...
m>
m> 1) do I need vista on in order to use .NET 3?
No, .net 3.0 works on the previous versions too
m> 2) can I install .NET 3 side by side with .NET 2 and interchange
m> between frameworks for different projects? I wanna start learning,
m> but I also need to continue development on 2.0 for clients.
3.0 is just 2.0 with new services.
It has no dependency on your existed 2.0 projects
