This really isn't a file system related question. You may have better luck
posting this to microsoft.public.windows.server.general

You could disable the notifications at
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;308217, or look at
ways to configure a number of options regarding network printing at
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;323228
