irql_not_less_equal means a issue with one driver. Most probably your reg tool has
deleted it.
Never but never use any registry cleaning tools. You have one of the results and you
are lucky. Some cannot boot again after using a registry cleaning tool which are all
snake oil remedies. It does not speed up your system and does not make more space.
It is a fallacy
I am using a server and my registry is a lot bigger than most.and It only takes up
50 mb.
