The messages don't carry the column sorting preferences. That is Winmail
doing that. You can try and create a subfolder under the Sent items folder
and see if the messages there sort as the Sent Items does.

I'm not sure you can get it to then. It may be only available in the sent
items folder itself. I haven't test that at all.
