All you would be able to obtain is the IP address which made the
connection. Most ISPs will not reveal the owner of the IP address
except under court order. If the IP address is permanently assigned
to a host, then WHOIS would tell you that but it still would not
tell you who was at the keyboard.

Your best course of action would be to report the activity to the
issuer of the IP address. The WHOIS report usually has a contact
for abuse reporting.
