givens:
Exchnge 2003 sp2 std, outlook 2007 sp1
Outlook is setup to send html and was working for quite awhile w/o a
problem. looks like sometime back in May08 is when the problems began. Now
some received html email comes into outlook as html, but, lots don't. Bye
the way, all the mentioned email is being sent to the outlook client in html
format.
