Hi,
You cut your own throat when you combined the volumes. This destroyed the
recovery partition Lenovo had set up for you. The information is gone, and
the access keys, F10, F2, cannot point to what no longer exists. With OEM
installs, a sticker is applied to the system containing your Product Key.
With laptops they are usually on the bottom. If you don't have one, peeled
it off, or it's so worn that you cannot read it, you'll need to contact
Lenovo support for a replacement.
