No, the way to identify programs/processes as I already told you is to
Google the names.

If you're uncomfortable using AutoRuns, perhaps a better course of action
would be for you to have a competent local computer professional take a
look at the machine. S/he will quickly know whether your computer is
infected, can optimize it, and show you how to maintain your machine for
not a great deal of money.
I'm not trying to push you out of the newsgroups, mind you. It's just that I
don't know how comfortable you would be with doing anything else. I'll give
