Dear friend,

scanning will not help in removing 'fusion ace enterprise' virus.

do the following steps.

Step-1
a) run computer in safe mode
b) run task manager
c) watch a process in the name of 'wscript.exe' & end the process
d) goto 'windows\system32' folder, locate 'wscript.exe' file (use search
command to locate the file)
e) rename file as 'wscrip_ddl.old' or as you like (it is better if you can
use any 'unlocker' software)
f) search for any other file of the same kind and rename all as well.
g) restart pc in normal mode

step-2

a) type regedit in the start menu (run command)
b) localte Hkey_current_user, Software,Microsoft,IE, Main
c) find the key named 'windows title'
d) double click and rename as 'Windows internet explorer'
e) also remove the key - 'start page' showing 'fusion ace.......'

exit registry

goto internet explorer settings and set your homepage as you like.

that's all..u r done

regds,
santosh

Thanks Santosh!
The tip to find wscript.exe helped me.
A small addition to the fix is
Even if you do not have the process wscript.exe running, go and find file in system32 folder (as suggested by santosh) and rename.
And another file wscript.exe.mui (rename this)
I could not find the Windows Title. Make a search on fusionace in ur registry and modify the entries (i got few additional entries). Remove the start page with fusionace
and reset your internetexplore settings.

And fusionace is gone!
