Hi,
This is typical behavior of hardware failure, something like a hairline
solder crack or faulty capacitor (could be on the motherboard, power supply,
or cpu - it's hard to tell). When "cold" it doesn't function correctly, but
when "warmed" up by the application of power it expands and functions ok
until power is removed again. It won't get better, it has to be replaced.
