thanks BD101 for you reply...

This all takes place on C:, using my administrative login, so I don'
think security/access rights are the problem here. Also I downloade
an .msi file, which installed fine. So I'm thinking the VisualStudi
didn't build my msi file correctly, but I can't seem to fix the way i
builds the file
