to answer. May be this could be helpful to you.

Is the Server you are working a secure one?
Are you able to install this app block completely?
Do You have appropriate rights?
Firewall settings are done properly?
DCOM mts.. com+ all enabled and cofigured properly?
Also check database connections.

May be you need to ask/call Windows System Administrator for a help.

Yes, is a server!

Are you able to install this app block completely?

The App block may dont be install, that would be like the Data Application
Blocks Version 2 or early... the Enterprise Libraries really su$&!"##$%ck
when you may install.

Do You have appropriate rights?

Im installing the fuc$%&"$%!"#$king enterprise libraries with administrator
account.

Firewall settings are done properly?

The server is a intranet server, and the aplication is for the intranet, i
dont need firewalls.

DCOM mts.. com+ all enabled and cofigured properly?

Im not using DCOM

Also check database connections.

Using the same dataconfiguration.config in my developer machine and work good.

May be you need to ask/call Windows System Administrator for a help.

If the Windows System Administrator knows less than me about that
sh&%/%&!"#it?

Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.Instrumentation.DataConnectionFailedEvent
If they support COM+ or pooled / queued objects or stuff like that...
Than this thing need to be enabled (which by default is, unless you
configure your server).
(And I hope you development machine is on same LAN).
Disable any kind of firewall or antivirus-based firewalls.

[May be you are fuc$%&"$%!"#$king right about the EnterpriseLibrary :P]

Problem solved, but i ratify, enterprises libraries su$%&"°$#&(cks!.. why?
the problem occur when you use the enterprises libraries in a different
complilation mode than you have your project. I mean:

Yuor project is in debug and the enterprises libraries is in Release or
The both things may be in the same compilation to work... little big things
than the patterns guys dont told to us and we may find with blood

Thanks guys for ur attention and think to study and work with J2EE
