I am also a victim (late July) of this fraud. I paid with Paypal bank
account
and then received defective product. After returning it for a refund
mid
August, I never heard a thing. I am out $30 also! At the time this guy
was a
"Square Trade" member, so I filed the complaint with them. Two weeks
later
I got email from ST saying since he wouldn't correspond with them
there was nothing else they could do, sorry. But I do have some
additional info on this guy-
