Hi,

If the entire hdd is fat32 then u wont have a problem
installing windows 98. But installing windows 98 after
installing windows xp will cause the boot.ini file to
breeak and you will have to a repair on windows xp to
restore the boot.ini file. the function to repair is
bootcfg /rebuild

regards
M. Rajesh
