In the regional settings, are they both in the same time zone?

Also check that Daylight Saving is either enabled or disabled (depending on
whether or not you want it) on both.

thanks guys, I checked it last night and the daylight saving changes on the second controller was not enabled so I enabled it and this morning all looks fine.
