Hi Peter,
The first one is a trojan, but easily removed. Start/run regedit, expand the
branches to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Locate the string referring to wininetd.exe in the right pane and delete it.
Close the registry editor and reboot.
The second one is spyware, using a program like Adaware from
www.lavasoft.de
can help you remove it and any others on your machine.
