Hi Sig,
Since you are doing the local policy. I think we can set the NTFS
permission to prevent other users' access to the IEXPLORE.EXE. We also can
set the NTFS permission to prevent other users' access to the CMD.exe which
is used for the Command Prompt.
We also can use the software restiction in the group policy to restrict the
2 applications for other users.

| Trying to create a Local Group Policy.I need to disable
| IE6 browsing capability,so that users could not browse the
| Internet and second issue, I need to disable Accessories
| from Start\Programs\Accessories so that users do not have
| access to Command Prompt,System tools, etc...
| P.S. I already disabled Run,Settings,Help,etc.. in Group
| Policy.If anyone knows how to do it,I will greatly
| appreciate your help.
