If Explore All Users and Open All Users are available, the account is
in the administrator's group. Remove the accounts from the local
Administrator's group and the two menu items should go away.

Choose Start/Run and run compmgmt.msc to access the groups.

If the accounts are not in the local Groups, check your domain groups
to make sure they are not part of a group that has administrative
rights on the domain.
