I have found a solution to my own problem.
With windows media center 2005 and the mydvdcollection plug-in and the daemon
tools application, I can create almost everything I want.
I just have to convert the DVDs to ISO manually, which is not a huge deal.
So if anyone else in the world need the problem solved, here it is.
