Not sure, but it sounds like no Domain Controller (DC) is Directory Services (DS) enabled. (Perhaps AD is not enable or disabled for some reason.)

There are many entries in our DHCP log that reads "60,04/14/04,07:12:53,No DC is DS Enabled,,HHU,". I would love to know what this means. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Adam Tormey

Is this DHCP Server joined to an NT4 (non Active Directory) Domain? If so,
then this message will probably appear about once every hour.
