Got just the thing, I use it daily:

DELAGE32.ZIP 8,040 03-01-04 22:04:14
DelAge32 v1.1 Deletes files by Age (number
of Days, time disregarded). Allows Preview
for matching files and subdir Recursion.
Char set now OEM to Console or ANSI to File.
Windows/DOS box only (c) 2004 Freeware by
Horst Schaeffer.
