| I recently upgraded several 2000 computers to service pack 4 and as a
| result, cross-forest user policy has been disabled.
|
| Unfortunately, the computers still reside in my local NT 4 domain and the
| user policy resides in an Active Directory domain.
|
| Knowledge base item 823862 states that a local machine policy can
re-enable
| cross-forest user policies; however, I'm looking for an easier way to do
| this.
|
| Can someone tell me the registry setting that I could script on the SP4
| computers to allow cross-forest user policies to run?
|
| Thanks in advance-
| Michael Hetrick
