Why don't you think he has a brain? He hasnt' lost any money and he's
had some fun with cheaters.
BTW, in reply to Mike and Gman, I'm sure that Paypal causes a lot of
trouble to vendors. Did they ever resolve all that money that vendors
weren't getting even though Paypal had it, about 3 or 4 years ago?
But as a buyer, I bought an online book, he didnt' send me the link, I
wrote him two emails which were ignored, after 4 weeks I complained to
Paypal, and he sent it that day. I *had* called VISA, and they told
me that the charge hadn't closed yet, even though it had been 4 weeeks
since Visa paid Paypal, and that I couldn't complain to them until it
closed. Very strange.
