Does it run when an Administrator logs onto the machine?

I noticed Opus has an upgrade patch out, maybe that would help:

I'm actually just wondering if it's the way I set up the
original image. I've noticed that in two different
Microsoft documents on using RIS, one states to copy the
user profile to the Default Users profile, the other
states that you've to copy it to the All Users profile.

I opted for the latter which may be where the difficulty
is arising. I'm going to try with the Default Users
profile instead and see what the results are.
