Well, if the Arnold Bill gets ratified (to further disable the
Constitution after the Patriot Act), you can eventually look forward to
a foreign-born prez. Guess they'll need to reconsider removing
"preserve" [the Constitution of the United States]. Wonder which
"homeland" the foreign-born prez will be defending.
