A couple of questions...

1. Do you have a firewall?

2. Is your nic wake-on-lan capable, and if so is wake-on-lan enabled?

Yes, firewall, cable.. I don't know about the nic question?

It's also okay for multiple svchost running? There's a massage what
"svchost.exe did mistake" etc.
etc., so I won;t be able to copy and past and won;t beable to switch off net
connection. And she can't turn off her computer unless she unplugs it.

It is normal for svchost to have two or three instances running. But, there
is at least one worm that runs a rogue svchost. It sounds as if your
girlfriends computer has the worm. Read the following discussion...
http://www.computing.net/windows2000...rum/50905.html

This link will give you the tool to repair the worm.
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/FixWelch.exe

You're blasted.
Open Taskmanager and look for the msblast.exe- or mspatch.exe-proces. Kill
it and go to www.sophos.com to get the removaltool. After that install
ms03-026 from microsoft to prevent from happening again.
