Hi,

First, just reboot leaving the disk in the drive. See if it responds
properly then.

If not, use the button on the front of the drive. If that doesn't work,
there should be a small hole somewhere below the door on the face of the
drive. Use a straightened paperclip or similar and force the door open with
this hole (that's what it's there for). If it continues to act up, replace
the drive.
