You already got an answer in the other newsgroup to which you posted.
Multiposting like this won't get you a better answer here.

If the mftr. doesn't support what you want to do and the third-party program
you tried doesn't work, then you can't do what you'd like with this printer
and this operating system (Vista). End of story. Move on.

Please include enough of the previous message(s) so that others trying to
follow this thread know what you are talking about. Also please try to
"edit out" the non relevant portions. It helps everyone. Go to:
Tools > Options > Send > check - "Include message in reply"

Hmm, are you using the Windows Mail newsreader? or, some other reader?

oh...that explains it. The instructions I gave were for Windows Mail.

We also had same problem with Canon printer and then we found great solution at http://terminalworks.com/remote-desktop-printing. working great, low price and no problems anymore. hope it helps
