who makes the server? Did you install SNMP and the Monitoring agents on the
box?

if so, you should be able to check all that with the remote management
console that came with the server, or the array controller, or whatever...

What are you using? Is this SCSI raid, or IDE Raid. Is it a real server, or
a beefed-up PC that is running as a server....

We need more information in order to better assist you.
