Yes this should be possible, When you get the pop up warning that its a
problem click the "Allow" button but first check the remember box below
"Allow", If its detected on a scan you can then choose to "Always Ignore"
after the scan finishes and it shouldnt detect it again after that.

To remove it from Ignore if you wanted to anytime goto "Options" on the top
bar then "Settings" and "Spyware Scan" and remove it from that screen .
