This newsgroup is essentially about a specific means of obtaining updates.
If you have a problem with an update you have obtained through the catalog
site you are more likely to find knowledgeable help in a newsgroup or forum
which specializes in the product that the update relates to.

For example, what is the product that KB955302 updates?...

Vista or Windows 2003 server? Which one?
