I think what the "Locally logged on users" is that only a user on THAT
machine
can use the cd drive....not someone else on another machine trying to access
the drive through the network.
You can try hiding the drive though, and restricting access to it, but
that's done in
the users policies, and you'll have to convert the drives to a number.
