Hi Andre. Please provide the following information:
- Is this configured in the local policy or in a domain policy?
- How is the user trying to access the CD and floppy drive?
Note that this policy setting prevents access to the CD/Floppy to any user who is not logged on locally. If your user is logging on at the
console, they should still have access.
Also, please download gpresult from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000...gpresult-o.asp and run gpresult
/s and send us the output.
