Are you saying that you got nothing of value from the busybodies and
nannies who posted their advice that you didn't ask for?

Here are a couple more items to take a look at:

Google "SmartDefrag" and "Defraggler".

SmartDefrag is freeware copycat of Diskeeper.

Defraggler comes from the folks at CCleaner. It's neat - and free -
too.

have found another that defrags all drives and in the process scrunches up the data getting rid of the holes.
JkDefrag, comes in 32 and 64 bit flavors.
can be run as a task or left to run and work as you use windows.
different programs in the zip you download.
