On mine it is called "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" and is the
3rd component in the Infrastructure group.

I just looked at the cd and it says SP1 right on it.

It's vis 200, drop your vis level in TD to at least 200 to see it. The vis
property you see in the right hand pane of TD is sometimes wrong, this is a
known bug with TD. Right click on the component in the component browser
list will give the true visibility reading - in this case BackGround
Intelligent Transfer Service will read "200".
