The site serving the pop ups doesnt seem to have been built yet as its just
a standard sample page at present, If you are sure the pop ups are coming
from them I'd advise starting a support ticket with thier Hosing account
provider and explaining the problems you are having.

Microsoft Antispyware is not a pop up blocker so maybe its not effective in
that respect but it does work great as an Antispy remover

To contact the hosting company who provide that site visit this link and
start a support ticket :
