#1 - Address lines
What you've run across is the way the import wizard leaves "combined
address lines" in the business card view. Not much you can do about it. We
have come to discover that depending on "how" info is updated to the actual
contact item - some of the info doesn't automatically get carried forward
or gets carried forward incorrectly to some of the built-in views.
The other curious thing about the second image showing the "incorrect"
address display - it indicates that you have 4 street address lines - yet
there are only 3 separate street address lines so a little puzzled as to
what mapping was used for 4 street address lines.
#2 - FileAs, EmailDisplayAs etc
The Outlook import wizard does not adopt any settings for these fields and
uses it's own defaults. There is nothing in the UI that allows you to
over-ride wht is used by Outlook's import wizard.
You may find ContactGenie QuickPort of interest (specifically v 1.0.11 -
2010/3/6 which coincidentally was updated today and addresses an issue
specific to the Business Card view - re: email address)
a) QuickPort handles up to 4 street address lines and these are displayed
correctly in the Biz Card view
b) Allows you to set the format for any of the derived fields (FileAs,
Email Display, FullName ) from a number of format options at the time of
import and export
