No.
nVidia make the chipset of the motherboard (called the nForce2 chipset), the
unified driver set runs the chipset, since the onboard video card is
disabled in BIOS it is not a concern.
Your AGP Video cards drivers do not need changing (if they are installed
now), but will need to be installed if they are not.
