Hello.
I have using Linksys phoneline network for a long time
without any problem.
That is, until my WinXP shows, "SETUP NETWORK CONNECTION."
I did not know anything about this, and since it sounds
interesting I proceeded.

However, after I installed this, all my computers (5)
have this thing called 'internet gateway' and it made
some network card from 10MbPS to 3.2MBPS.

I tried to reinstall my windows to remove this, since it
slows down the connection, and no longer wants this
software networking..., but it does not remove!

HELP!~

The Internet Gateway isn't slowing down your connection, and there's
no need to remove it.

The Internet Gateway represents a broadband router on your network,
and it lets you monitor and control the router's operation. Since you
have a phoneline network, I'm guessing that you might have the Linksys
HPRO200 Phoneline Cable/DSL router. Your router's documentation
should have information on the Internet Gateway, including how to
remove or disable it.

The reported speed of 3.2MBPS is the rated speed of the router's
connection to the Internet. It has nothing to do with the speed of
data transfers between your computers. All cable and DSL services
that I'm aware of run at less than 3.2MBPs, so nothing is being slowed
down.
