Event Type: Information
Event Source: DNS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 708
Date: 1/21/2004
Time: 10:40:44 AM
User: N/A
Computer: XMAIL
Description:
The DNS server did not detect any zones of either primary
or secondary type. It will run as a caching-only server
but will not be authoritative for any zones. For more
information, see the online Help.

I set up the dns server with "Start of Authority",
although I notice that it says, for the name of the
server: Name.domain and not name.domain.org, is this the
problem, I would apprciate some help.

Regards,

There is only one zone, and it is a primary.
