Pusing out changes to Outlook 2003

In our company, I need to make a change to all Outlook clients. If you go to
Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Internet Format, I need to uncheck the top
box that sends a copy of an image instead of a reference to its location.

I can't find this setting in the registry anywhere. Does anyone know if I'm
overlooking the setting in the registry (I tried using Regshot before and
after comparisons with no luck) or if there's a way to create a script that
unchecks the box?

Thank you,
Shawn

See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/72
For Outlook 2003 use 11.0 instead
