Occasionally I'll get a blue or green pull up window from
MS Antispyware. This window quickly walks up and then
off the screen. I've seen two consecutive green windows;
one walks up, the next walks down from the top and off
the screen.

Do I have some setting wrong, or is this a bug?

This is a known bug, under this circumstance:

If your start/taskbar is other than in the default bottom of the window
position--this happens.

If you are seeing it with the taskbar in the bottom of the window position,
let us know!

(this is definitely bugged and being worked on.)
