I was having some trouble with publishing my website so I
decided to Synchronize. I stopped it after a few files
had been synchronized, and now whenever I update the site
and then publish it, it takes way longer then when it was
working normally before and it only took a few seconds to
publish the changes, not just the changes and additional
files. I would like to know how to make Frontpage publish
only the changes again.

Can anyone help me?

Go back any let if finish the Sync process or do a complete publish at least once, then you can
publish Change Files Only.
