Public Profile Setup

I am trying to create a public profile where Internet
Explorer opens at startup and then make it hard for the
patron to close, minimize, or restore down the IE Window.
I am using IE 6 on a Windows XP Professional computer.
I have found the registry hack for disabling the close
button, but I am not having any success finding info on
the other two buttons.
Is it possible to disable the minimize and restore down
button in the title bar for just the current user? If so,
how can it be done.
Thanks
