Public Newsgroup?

For the ones who are trying to figure out which
newsgroups they are suppose to reply to, this one
apparently since its public and open to everyone,
Microsoft is probably going to release this program to
the public and forward them here to report any bugs or
comments here. The other newsgroups if any that was
giving to beta testers or MVP's should be private only
but this is what im assuming from what im reading from
the other messages.
