I'm looking for a freeware program that allows me to set up different Proxy
servers for use with my system. I want to be able to switch between proxy
servers from my list without having to go through the long process of having
to use the IE method of switching proxies. It would also be nice if I could
test the proxies to see if they are working from time to time. Just
wondering if there is anything like this out there!

If I remember correctly you can see multi Proxies with AVant Browser
